Background

The Platform Committee has engaged in a review of the entire text and has found a series of references to laws, treaties, proposed legislation, studies, etc. that need to be updated. By adopting this motion the NC authorizes the Committee to make these changes. If any NC member requests a division of this motion, with a separate vote on one or more of the proposed edits, the motion will be divided.
