I'm Scerick Longcope, a registered member the Tennessee Green Party, and I am interested in running for GPUS Treasurer! I'm an Eagle Scout, I am studying IT Management at WGU, and I served as Campaign Coordinator for the Stein 2024 campaign here in Tennessee. I hope to use this position to gain more experience and knowledge of the inner workings of the party and the opportunity to push more radical ideas on the party as a whole.

I have run for Congress in WA three times and was Jill Stein’s campaign manager (still am as we wind down the campaign). In both of these roles I have had hands on experience with many aspects of the treasurer role, including FEC filings. I should be clear that none of the treasurer work I’ve done has been solo, I have worked as part of a team. I would be willing to be part of a treasurer team, and be the person who takes final responsibility for the position of GPUS treasurer.
