Background

Per proposal #222, (Resolution to Amend the Rules and Procedures on Steering Committee Elections Policy, adopted 6/19/06), the National Committee needs to elect 5 NC delegates for an Elections Tabulation Committee to oversee the SC election at this year's annual meeting.
