Background

Mark Swaney resigned from his Co-chair position on the GPUS Steering Committee. The Steering Committee confirmed the resignation on November 20, 2011, and agreed to call for an online election to fill the vacancy for the unexpired term, as specified in GPUS Bylaws and Rules & Procedures.

This Co-chair position term ends the summer of 2013.
