Background

From Article IX,
IV. Forum Managers and Enforcement, as amended by Proposal 1112, includes:

"The Steering Committee shall nominate five (5) individuals, subject to National Committee approval, to serve coincident two-year terms as Forum Managers. They must not all be of the same gender and have gender balance of females, non-binary, and males.

...

In the event of a Forum Manager resignation or inactivity, the SC shall nominate a replacement to fill the role of Forum Manager, to be approved by the NC."

Due to the resignation of Noah Martin from Forum Manager on September 7, 2022, the Steering Committee is now nominating a replacement for the remainder of the term that began May 2021.

Proposal

The National Committee approves Samuel Chance (WI) as Forum Manager for the remainder of a two-year term, ending May 2023.

Resources

Volunteer time and labor to manage the GPUS NC listservs for voting and for discussion.
