Background

The GPUS International Committee completed elections for representatives to the Sao Paolo Forum in September, 2023. The appointments are for 2 years and must be approved by the National Committee under the rules and procedures
of the International Committee 3-1.7(c). The SC had called for a recess on adding things to the voting page during election season, so the International Committee agreed to wait to present their nominees to the National Committee for approval.

Confirmation of the International Committee's appointment of John Krause(GPLA) as Delegate to the Sao Paolo Forum.
