Background

Per the policy adopted in Proposal #266, Process for Resolution of Procedural Objections (adopted, 4/1/07), the Green National Committee is asked to vote on whether to uphold the Steering Committee's decision to set the approval threshold for the vote on Proposal #279 at 50% of the quorum of the Green National Committee.

In this case, you are voting FOR or AGAINST the SC decision. A YES vote means that you agree with the threshold set at 50%. A NO vote means you believe the threshold should be set at 2/3.

Proposal

The Green National Committee shall sustain the decision of the Steering Committee, that the approval threshold for Proposal # 279 (Apportionment Standing Committee Policies And Procedures) be set at 50% of a quorum of the Green National Committee.
