Background

Proposal

Be It Resolved That, the Coordinating Committee shall direct the
Platform Committee to correct the wording and action of its process to indicate
that platform submissions shall be accepted from state parties and
caucuses, without conditions, and shall begin to utilize said corrected process
immediately.
