Background

The International Committee (IC) of the GPUS seeks the approval of the GPUS National Committee for its revised Mission Statement, which was passed by the IC in June 2009

The Mission Statement of the International Committee, GPUS, is part of an evolving document, its RP&P’s. These were authored by the members of the International Committee and approved in a vote in June 2009: Quorum was reached--of 44 IC members, 33 voted Yes; 0 voted No; 0 abstained; and 11 did not vote. The International Committee seeks the approval of the GPUS National Committee of this updated version of our Mission Statement. We will seek National Committee approval of the other articles of these updated RP&P’s in a separate proposal.
