Background

In accordance with our rules and policy on procedural objections [Rules & Procedures, Section 6-10
http://www.gp.org/documents/rules.shtml#06], an appeal has been posted objecting the voting method used for at least one of the International Committee elections for representatives to international organizations in Proposal #592 (GNC Approval of Delegates to FPVA and GGN).

The Green National Committee is asked to vote on whether to sustain the Steering Committee's decision to send a Green National Committee approval vote (#592) on the International Committee's elected delegates to FPVA and GGN to the voting queue. The issue in question is whether the International Committee delegates were elected using the proper voting method according to the IC's rules and procedures.

In this case, you are being asked to vote on whether you agree that the approval vote on the IC's delegates should remain in the voting queue.

Vote YES if you agree that the proposal should remain and continue in the voting queue. Vote NO if you disagree; i.e., if you believe that the IC delegates were not elected with the appropriate voting method.

Proposal
