Proposal

That Platform 2010 of the Green Party of the United States, in Chapter IV., related to "Economic Justice and Sustainability", in Section C., related to "Curbing Corporate Power", is amended by striking paragraph 1., which reads:

1. End corporate personhood.

inserting in its place:

1. End corporate personhood. A key first step will be federal and state constitutional amendments abolishing the legal fiction or corporate personhood.
