Background

In August of 2003 the Steering Committee of the GPUS formally solicited proposals for the hosting of the 2004 convention. Several deadlines where set for the submission of such proposals, and each of these deadlines have now passed. Therefore, the SC, having received a proposal for the hosting of the convention, hereby submits this proposal to the Coordinating Committee for deliberation.

Proposal

One state party has forwarded a proposal for consideration for the hosting of the 2004 Green Party Presidential Nominating Convention. This proposal are available online as PDF files at: http://www.greenpartyus.org/convention.html. (Please note that because of the size of this proposal, we cannot forward it as text at this time - were working on that).
