Background

Pursuant to GPUS Rules and Procedures, the Apportionment Tabulation Committee hereby submits its report for the consideration of the National Committee. Please see the link below under References for the full report, the corresponding spreadsheet, and the challenge document. Any challenges
should be filed with Phil Huckelberry, Apportionment Tabulation Committee Chair, at phil.huckelberry@gmail.com.

Note that the final numbers are still subject to change, up until the last day on which the proposal can be modified, per Voting Queue rules.

Proposal

The Green National Committee hereby accepts the 2013 report of the Apportionment Tabulation Committee, and accordingly, establishes that the new apportionment of the Green National Committee shall be as follows.

The proposal provides for immediate implementation. Upon approval of the proposal, several state parties will need to amend their delegation information with the GPUS Secretary.
