Background

GPUS Rules and Procedures directs the Steering Committee to nominate 3 Forum Managers and 1 Alternate Forum Manager. Holly Hart and Frank Young were approved by the National Committee in April 2015 to finish out a term ending in December 2015, leaving 2 positions open.

From Charles Sherrouse:

I am Charles Sherrouse of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. ÊI have been involved with the Greens since the late 1980s when a local group formed here. ÊI have had various roles in the local Green party, which include serving on the City Committee in 2003, 2004 and 2006 through 2010. ÊI have served on the state Steering Committee in 2011 and 2012.

I have been a member of the national Bylaws Rules Policies and Procedures Committee from 2007 till present; and of the Ballot Access Committee from 2013 till present. ÊI have been a Delegate to the National Committee in 2009, 2011, and from 2014 till present.

I have served for a number of years as co-moderator of the local Green Party discussion list on Yahoogroups, and as co-moderator of the state Green Party open discussion list and delegate discussion list using Mailman.

Among my activities outside of the Green Party, I set up and troubleshoot computers and other devices. ÊI also do technical support in person and by phone.

Proposal

The National Committee approves Charles Sherrouse, Green Party of Pennsylvania, as Forum Manager to serve the remainder of the term ending December 31, 2015.
