Background

Upon receipt of requests for funds and due consideration by the Finance, Fundraising, and Steering Committees, the GPUS Treasurer is authorized to disburse funds as allocated in this 2016 budget proposal.
 Upon reporting of the most recent fundraising receipts, the Steering Committee voted to withdraw the budget proposal for further consideration. A new fundraising plan narrative was drafted, more special budget conference calls were held, and this revised budget is now submitted for your consideration.

The GPUS National Committee hereby adopts the following 2016 budget. Budget documents, including the fundraising plan narrative, and Jan.-Oct. fundraising totals by category are included at the following link:
