Background

Whereas the No Child Left Behind Act of 2002 has been
replaced with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015 and thus plank "n" in the GP-US
Platform's section on Education is glaringly outdated; and whereas there are problems with
ESSA also, but addressing those is not the purpose of this amendment, therefore the presenters
are concerned only with correcting the outdated plank by deleting it at this time.

Proposal

Delete plank "n" under the Education section which currently reads as below, and
re-letter the following planks in correct alphabetical order:
