Background

Upon further review of the 2019 finances, it appears that the party will end the year having spent less money than was taken in. Thus, the party will realize unanticipated revenue. Given the vast needs for ballot access in 2020, this amendment allocates $8000 in additional funds for Ballot Access in the 2020 regular budget.

Proposal

Add $8000 to line 58, Ballot Access, bringing the total 2020 BAC budget to $20,000.
